Challenge Problems & Agency Partners
This year's tournament features 13 teams from 15 colleges and universities around the country. Teams have been working on challenge problems in coordination with:
- City of Detroit
- City of Nashville
- City of Boca Raton
- District DOT
- Florida DOT
- Michigan DOT
The challenge problems the students are working on include:
- Wrong Way Driving
- Vision Zero Solutions
- Crash Data Reporting
- Special Event Management
- Advanced Air Mobility to Mitigate Congestion
- Decision Support Tool for Crash Pattern Recognition
- Bus Stop Sidewalk Connections
- Bikeshare Impact Tools
- Freeway Management
Teams will submit their solutions to these problems in late May. Finalists will be chosen and sent to ITE Annual Meeting to compete in the finals.
