Transportation Technology Tournament
Challenge Problems & Agency Partners

This year's tournament features 13 teams from 15 colleges and universities around the country. Teams have been working on challenge problems in coordination with: 
  • City of Detroit
  • City of Nashville
  • City of Boca  Raton
  • District DOT
  • Florida DOT
  • Michigan DOT
The challenge problems the students are working on include: 
  • Wrong Way Driving
  • Vision Zero Solutions
  • Crash Data Reporting
  • Special Event Management
  • Advanced Air Mobility to Mitigate Congestion
  • Decision Support Tool for Crash Pattern Recognition
  • Bus Stop Sidewalk Connections
  • Bikeshare Impact Tools
  • Freeway Management
Teams will submit their solutions to these problems in late May. Finalists will be chosen and sent to ITE Annual Meeting to compete in the finals.
